Have Nest Aware plus but can't use familiar faces. I go to Nest Aware Plus in the home app and it

I have  had a Nest Aware Plus subscription for some time and both older outdoor wired cameras and relatively new,  (1.5 y Old) Nest Cam Battery.  When I go to "Nest Aware Plus" in the app to turn on Familiar Faces, it says "No compatible devices" and I can't find how to add them.

I think the only reason you should get a message saying "No compatible devices" is if there are no cameras or doorbells in the Google Nest "home/structure" to which you're connected in the Google Home app. Do you have more than one Google Nest "home/structure" or more than one Google Account?  Is your battery camera in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your other cameras?   If you go to your battery camera in the Google Home app and go to Settings | Video | Video History, it should show "60-day event and 10-day 24/7 video history" if your battery camera is in the same Google Nest "home/structure" on the same Google Account as your Nest Aware Plus subscription.

I only have one account and all my camera are in my one and only home structure.  And yes, I have 10 day 24-7 history which I have used many times on both my net cam battery cameras.  I have accessed this often.

That's strange. Here's a similar thread, with no resolution:

And in this thread it seems the customer fixed it by installing (and apparently logging into) the Google Nest app, even though they didn't have any older cameras needing the Google Nest app:

I am going to try to install the app on my android phone and see what happens.  I have seen in the past where Google don't work well on Apple.

My android phone is too old and the app won't install.
