I am being charged a subscription for my doorbell but in app states I have no subscription.

I have a Google Nest doorbell that has had a few problems. The latest is that, I am paying £6 a month for my subscription but any doorbell events are not being stored. In the app, it states I do not have a subscription. Yet I can show £6 being taken from my account each month. Any suggestions are welcome.

At that price you probably have a monthly "Nest Aware" subscription.

Is your subscription on the same Google Account you're using for the Google Home app, and for the same Google Nest "home/structure"?

If you go to the Subscription Management page and click on your subscription, it should show the Google Nest "home/structure":

If you need to contact Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
