I cannot access footage and I pay for Nest aware

I have best aware but cannot access my footage?? Anyone else have this issue?

What happens when you try to access your video history with Google Nest's instructions?

In the Google Home app, if applicable:

What happens when you try to access your video history on either the home.nest.com or home.google.com websites, as applicable?

Are your cameras in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your Nest Aware subscription?
