Lost subscription

Due to a router configuration change I lost all my nest devices and I had to redo. Now that I'm all setup again it says I'm on a free trial when my subscription is active until sometime in November. How do I get my subscription back on my account? Google just runs me in circles looking for a phone number.

I guess I should have played the lottery tonight, after struggling to get google nest doorbell to get by the connecting to assisting product failure screen for 3 hours the other day I managed to get it setup on first try tonight. Everything is finally back to normal.

Under manage subscriptions it says I have unused nest aware plus and it renews on november 16, 2022.

Hi there,

I apologize for my late response, and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I understand how upsetting this may be, and I'm happy to assist you with this. Are you sure you are logging into the correct Google account? I would check that first, but in case you need to subscribe, here is a great link on how nest aware works and how to subscribe. In addition, here is a link on how to manage your subscription.

Best regards,

Brad

Yes, I'm logging into the correct google account. My renewal isn't until november 16th but for some reason my subscription now seems to be a one month trial.

Did you recently purchase a new Nest device and add it to your account? I would advise that you reach out to a higher tier of support which can be found here. They should be able to look into this further for you. I'll check in with you soon to see how it went.

I already tried that and it takes me in circles. This all started because of a configuration change with my internet service provider. I lost everything and I ended up starting over. I got it all setup and then I had to call my service provider to go back to old settings and everything was gone again. So I set it all up again and on my smart phone it looks like it under my paid nest aware account but on my pc it looks as if it's a trial version. I'll keep frigging and I will report back.

The only thing I did today was to delete my home that had google nest battery doorbell on it. Much to my surprise my subscription is active again. Now I just have to figure out how to get that doorbell working on the same home that I migrated from nest.

I am relieved to hear that your nest aware subscription has been corrected for you. You would need to log into the original account and make that change if you have access to the original email/account used.
