I have been having this issue where my Nest Hello doorbell camera and my Nest Indoor Camera does not store videos for more than 24 hrs, and the videos that are showing in the video history does not play when selecting the historic video of choice, the historic video shows frozen. I have Nest Aware plus subscription and I should not be having this issue, please help provide resolution on these issues.
