Have existing video doorbell associated with Nest Aware Subscription in primary home, purchased Google Cam Indoor/Outdoor camera for my 2nd home, new Cam is on a trial Nest Aware Subscription even though I thought I had set it up in Google Home under the existing paid for Nest Aware Subscription. How do I get the new camera associated with the existing subscription from my primary home.

Hi there,
Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am terribly sorry to hear that you have had such a hard time with this! I would love to look into this issue further and help find a solution for you. First off, I have some questions I’d like to ask you.
Do you still need help with this issue?
What troubleshooting steps have you done thus far?
Have you tried to restart your device if you haven’t already?
If the restart didn’t work, have you tried to do a Factory Reset? This would be a last resort option, but would clear out issues and the device would essentially be ‘brand new’
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Best Regards,
Brad.

I certainly do need assistance as I have not resolved this issue. The issue is not with the camera itself, it is with the Google Home App that features the ability to set up 2 separate home locations (on 2 separate networks) but does not have any option to work with Nest Aware and identify what devices are to be included in the subscription. The new camera (a new Google Cam Wireless that I am using wired) when set up automatically defaulted to the included Nest Aware trial subscription most likely because it was set up in this 2nd new location and is the only device in this location. How do I add it to the existing Nest Aware subscription, that remains the question. The trial runs out in a few days.

Hi there, ASTXNYER.
I apologize that I initially missed the mark. I unfortunately must tell you that a Nest Aware subscription only applies to a single Home/structure. You will need two separate Nest Aware subscriptions if you wish for both your homes to be covered. I understand this may be an inconvenience, but this is just how the Nest Aware subscription works. Please let me know if you need anything else.
Best Regards,
Brad.

Hi Brad, any information if Google is willing to address this topic and offer a plan, e.g. up to 2 or 3 homes?
They can always check that the same Nest Aware account has access to both "Homes".
I read lots of comments from users requesting such an option. I, for example, bought a Nest Hub Max for one home and have a doorbell on another; instead of offering me the opportunity to add more products to more homes (UNDER THE SAME ACCOUNT), Google asked me to pay a Nest Aware subscription for each product that I purchase. I am pretty sure this prevents users from purchasing more Nest products but anyways; I believe you and the team have addressed similar requests multiple times during the past two years.
What will happen in the end is that a competitor will offer such a scheme and then you will follow suit. Just like you did with Google Suite, Google meet etc.

So far Google has not changed their policy nor even offered a discounted 2nd home option. I just renewed both homes and although I can monitor each in the same app charging me double to do that is just plain wrong.
