I don't know why I continue to pay for this service as it is very unreliable. It used to be tolerable when we were able to call and speak with a person prior to Google taking over.
Does anyone know how to cancel, I am getting tired of paying for nothing.

To contact Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
To cancel your subscription, go to the Subscriptions page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions), click on your Nest Aware subscription, click on the ellipsis icon (the 3 dots), and select "Cancel subscription". My understanding is that this will cancel your subscription at the end of the current period, but will NOT refund the remaining subscription.
If you have a 1st gen subscription, go to https://store.nest.com/account/subscriptions. We can't get to this page because we haven't had a 1st gen subscription since 2020. I believe that when you cancel a 1st gen subscription, you get a prorated refund.
