i signed up for best aware almost a year ago. now it doesn’t work despite being paid up (just got the renewal receipt). the “support” is weak, simply referring me here. all settings about nest aware simply tell me about the “new nest aware” as though i haven’t already subscribed. thanks for taking my money google, now how about delivering your product.
When you say "doesn't work", what does that mean? Nest Aware is basically just storage space with a few features. Maybe you let your subscription lapse and you have to enable all your devices again? If you go under the Google Home App then Setting, there should be a Nest Aware link. If you open that you can manage subscription or call support from there.
