I have the 1st Gen cameras and Nest Aware gets automatically renewed every year. I decided to cancel my subscription and received an email that I would be credited a prorated amount but the card on file was expired. I already updated my payment method but I haven’t seen a refund on my statement. Can’t seem to contact a live person.
Any advice is appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, have you tried reaching out to your bank and asking them if you have a pending refund? You may also ask them if they can transfer your pending refund to your new card. Let us know how it goes.
