Why do my 3 outdoor Nest suck so much? They turn off all night/day and I pay an annual fee for this poor quality product. Friends of mine have equal quality WYZE cameras with no fees and they run 24/7…. I’m pretty close to throwing these cameras out and starting over with another brand.
Are you using the "Home/Away" feature that can turn off cameras when you're home?
Do you have the newer battery cameras, which are in "Idle" mode when running on battery power, can be slow to wake up to detect an event, and can only record detected events?
Thanks for posting here in the community and don't give up on it yet. Let's see our options here to help you out. To confirm, do you have the wired or battery type of Nest camera? How long do you have your Nest cameras? When did the issue happen?
