I have just renewed Nest Aware and I’m not able to see any video for any events, even for motion/sound/person/doorbell ringing, it just comes up with a blurry photo not a video.
(nest doorbell camera)
with my previous subscription I didn’t have this issue at all, what can I do!

It sounds like you may not have an active subscription, or that possibly it has lapsed. You will want to subscribe again if that is the case.
