Says already linked to a Nest Account but it is not the one I am trying to migrate?

Sorry to hear about what happened. Let’s see what’s going on.

 

A few questions — what app are you using to migrate? Have you migrated your account to Google before? If not, do you have any family members added in the app?

 

You might want to check this article on FAQs about accounts for the Nest app to know more about the migration and the steps to migrate.
