I need help. I purchased nest aware subcription but it is not showing up on my app.
I cannot see videos or any recordings

The purchase may have been put on a second "home" depending on how you set up you devices. Unfortunately you will probably have to get another subscription. They will not give you a refund for the subscription that is not working. There is very little support given regarding the subscriptions. Usually people are just told to cancel without refund and buy another and hope it works better. My subscription issue was never fixed. I put a ticket in weeks ago. I would put in a ticket but I wouldn't get your hopes up for a meaningful resolution.
