Why are google customer service reps so rude and unhelpful? My nest aware subscription never worked from day one and after trying to work with customer service on getting it to work, I thought it had been canceled (my mistake to trust google customer service). It auto renewed without my knowledge so I cancelled it again and contacted customer service only to find out I can’t get a refund and to be treated like 💩 !! The rep was rude, hostile and unhelpful. What ever happened to treating customers with dignity, respect and basic kindness?
