Nest aware doesn’t work

My best aware doesn’t work, only gives me captures but not videos, live streaming works fine but I need it to record videos and me able to watch them. It is installed out of the USA El Salvador and I am using my google account to sign in . I have tried to change the account email for just the camera  but I have no idea how to do that 

 

please help

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I would love to look into this further for you but I need to ask you some questions.

  • Did you purchase your camera(s) outside of the USA? Or was it purchased in the USA?
  • Is your Google account associated with the same account that your cameras are connected too?
  • Do you have a strong internet connection to your camera?
  • Have you tried to restart your camera?

Hi Brad,

 

im having the same issue.  Purchased Nest Aware but when I try to scroll thru previously recorded security feeds, most of the recordings are blank with only short video clips here and there.  

i was trying to review a security incident but was not able to view it even though it was directly in front of one of the security cameras 

 

I purchased all equipment in the US and have restarted everything 

 

please provide guidance on troubleshooting
