My best aware doesn’t work, only gives me captures but not videos, live streaming works fine but I need it to record videos and me able to watch them. It is installed out of the USA El Salvador and I am using my google account to sign in . I have tried to change the account email for just the camera but I have no idea how to do that
please help

Hi Brad,
im having the same issue. Purchased Nest Aware but when I try to scroll thru previously recorded security feeds, most of the recordings are blank with only short video clips here and there.
i was trying to review a security incident but was not able to view it even though it was directly in front of one of the security cameras
I purchased all equipment in the US and have restarted everything
please provide guidance on troubleshooting
