Nest aware not matching nest account

Somehow my nest account and my email aren’t matching.  Even though I bought the subscription from the same email that I’m logged in to on nest, it’s not giving me the subscription in my nest account, please help

I am terribly sorry to hear that you have had such a hard time with this! I would love to look into this issue further and help find a solution for you.
