My nest aware subscription got cancelled after 3 years of no problems ? I did not action this ??? What’s going on

You could try checking here to see what subscriptions Google Nest says it has listed for you:

You could also go to this Google Nest Help page and click on the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" for what Google Nest says is "24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team".

For your sake, I hope that they really do have "24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts".
