Hello,
I signed for nest aware today, but this service is connected to the wrong account (inactive account not connected to my camera).
how can I change to the right account ?

Hi there,
I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I wanted to make sure that your concern was acknowledged. I am afraid that there is no such option to transfer Nest Aware services from one account to another. You will need to cancel your subscription and resub on the correct account. Terribly sorry for the inconvenience.
