Nest camera subscription

My subscription was cancelled!  Apparently the card you had on file didn’t go through. I changed the card to a current one and deleted the one that wasn’t available any longer. 
I need my subscriptions reestablished.

@March131957, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. You may subscribe via our Google Store web page. If your account was already migrated, you may use your Google Home app to subscribe. 

 

Give these steps a try:

 

In addition to subscribing through Google Store, you can subscribe to Nest Aware through the Google Home app during or after an unpaid 30-day trial.

 

Note: Nest Aware subscriptions through the Google Home app are only available on Android devices. If you don't have an Android device, you can subscribe through Google Store.

 

  1. Open your Google Home app.
  2. Tap your photo in the upper-right corner of your Google Home app to make sure that you're signed in with the account that you want to use to subscribe to Nest Aware.
  3. From the home view, tap Settings .
  4. Under ‘Features’, tap Nest Aware.
  5. Tap Subscribe.
  • If you haven't previously used your Nest Aware unpaid trial, you'll see an option to start a 30-day unpaid trial. After starting your unpaid trial, you should see the option to subscribe to Nest Aware.

       6. Choose your Nest Aware plan.

       7. Choose between monthly or yearly billing.

       8. Review your purchase. Then, tap Subscribe.

  • You'll receive an email with a receipt from Google Play.
  • You'll manage your Nest Aware subscription through Google Play.

I already have a subscription $8 per month I am getting charge, so we want to add 2 of our other camera's and it tell us to pick a subscription !!  We had NEST for 4 years, never had a problem. We changed over to Google, now we can only have 1 camera on a subscription !!

When you add new cameras, they should be added automatically to your existing "Nest Aware" subscription, which applies to all Google Nest cameras and doorbells in the same Google Nest "home/structure" on the same Google Account. We've added several cameras and doorbells since we first got a "Nest Aware Plus" subscription in 2020 (after migrating our Nest Account to a Google Account), and in each case, they were added automatically to our existing subscription.

Are your new cameras by any chance in a different Google Nest "home/structure"?
