I accidentally deleted my nest aware account can I restore it

Nest Aware is a subscription, not an account. Did you delete your Google Account? If so, I don't know if you can recover it, but Google has this post:

If you canceled your Nest Aware subscription, you could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the link below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
