My two Nest tags have stopped working to arm or disarm my Nest Guard security system. When I try to set them up again by selecting Settings/Add Product/Continue without scanning/Nest Secure/Nest Tag and then entering the 6-digit key, I get the message that "Something went wrong. This Nest tab is already assigned. Go to setting to make changes or transfer it to someone else." But, there is no where in settings that allows me to do this. Please advise.

Hi Hafstang,
I’m sorry for the trouble here assigning the Nest Tag to someone else’s account. Follow the steps below if you want to give someone access to all or some homes in your account.
Here’s how:
Now you can use Tag to arm and disarm all of your homes.
Tip: If you ever decide to disable the Tag’s access to one of your homes, follow the steps above and tap a home to remove its check mark. If you ever misplace or lose your Tag, be sure to disable or remove it in the Nest app.

I really don’t know why you are saying this one is complete because you haven’t solved my problem. The tag still is unable to be assigned to anyone in my family.
