No video history

Hello my video history is not recording please can u help to see if I have general issues or I need to submit payment

Do you have a Nest Aware subscription? You can check by going to Settings | Nest Aware in either the Google Nest app or the Google Home app.

If you have one of the newer cameras or doorbells, you get free event history for events in the most recent 3 hours.
