I have seen a couple of other threads on this that appear to have been closed without resolution…. My issue is that when I manually change a thermostat temperature via the app on my iPhone the nest thermostat goes offline for a few minutes immediately after I have changed the temperature. When it comes back online a few minutes later the be temperature has been registered, but why does the thermostat go offline whenever I change the room temp this way?
I have ensured that the thermostats are running the lastest software and everything is ok with my WiFi/internet etc.
Does anyone have a fix for this issue?
