I've been charged over £500 for my Nest aware subscription in the past 6 months.
It was meant to be £100 (going up to £120 in November) for the year.
I've cancelled my direct debit and want my money back but the contact form isn't working and no one has answered my Facebook message.

You could try the "Contact Us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
