I have an annual nest aware subscription. I sold my house and will be living with family until my new house is finished being built. Is it possible to pause my nest aware subscription so that I’m not paying for time that I’m not using it?

Hi Brad, I already have a subscription. I want to know if it’s possible to pause the subscription (for 4-6 months while I’m not using it), rather than canceling and losing the remaining 4 months I have left on my annual subscription and then restarting it again later.
