Practical difference between Nest Aware and Plus??

I'm not sure which service to take and not really finding answers on the website as to the practical differences. One is twice the price but what are the reasons why? Thanks in advance.

The differences are  stated on the sign up page, https://store.google.com/ca/product/nest_aware?hl=en-GB, The biggest difference is Plus has 24/7 recording for 10 days, where the base plan does not.
