Recently upgraded to Nest Aware Plus have not received pro rated refund

I recently upgraded to Plus from Basic and have not received the pro rated credit from the unused Basic service. I did receive an email showing the transaction, but have not received the refund.

What the Hell!!!  I don't see any reply details and how dare you lock this thread without my approval???  Anyone else here to help???

Everything about this Nest>Google situation is impossible to get issues resolved!!!  I cannot even find a way to respond to Brad claiming he resolved my issue!  BS, he did not!!!

I do not blame you for these problems but you are out of line locking this thread!!!  Someone else may be able to help!  I did contact Support and received NO response!!!  Access to Google HELP is a joke!!!  So I repeat myself; who wants to buy my 6 piece of **bleep** cameras????????????
