For the last month my Nest system has not been connected to cellular backup. A couple of weeks ago I spent over an hour on the phone with tech support and have been so frustrated and out of patience I couldn't face the subject. Bottom line, support insisted my hub isn't receiving a strong cell signal and that I should locate it near windows. This in spite of the facts that this is my first cell issue after 6 or more years o service; the hub is located near the door through which we enter the house so we can turn it off before it goes off. Surely, there are steps somewhere I can follow to reconnect? Please help me!
