Go to subsciption and enter credit card, but does not work if account is held up by others

Hi folks,

 

Thanks for checking it with us. I'm sorry for the delay. You can update Nest Renew subscription and billing by going to the Nest Renew portal in your web browser, then go to Settings. You can view and update subscription information like your home address, phone number, payment method, subscription level, and more.
