We got a notice that our Nest Aware account had expired, not sure why but it did... my wife forwarded the email to me, I clicked the renew link and used auto populate to fill out the form and pay for the new annual subscription. I did not realize that I signed up under my Google account, not my wife's which has all the Nest cameras. Is there a way to transfer the Nest Aware to her Google account?

You could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below for what Google Nest says is to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

@GTYellowJackets thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear if you applied the Nest Aware subscription to a different email address. We can't transfer the Nest Aware but you have the option to remove your Nest cameras from your wife's account and add them to your own account. In case you do these steps, you'll now be the owner of the account. You can send an invite to your wife's account so that she'll have access to your Nest cameras. These are the options that we can suggest to you since we can't transfer Nest Aware subscription from one email address to another.

Gee whiz, couldn't you just cancel and refund the Nest Aware subscription on the Google account that has no cameras and is not being used?

MplsCustomer, we’d love to do that but we’re limited to walking through the user on how to apply the hanging subscription to the active home structure with the cameras in it.
