Hello,
I tried for a year to get this charge off my credit card - I go to the help but I do not have a nest aware subscription. So I cancelled credit card and reported it. Once again, I got another $80 for this year on my new credit card and I can't reach google at all to stop this. Since I have no subscriptions, I need to speak to a live agent but can't seem to get one . Please help. I have no nest items anymore - left them almost 2 yrs ago in my old house . Only thing I use is gmail.

Are you able to go to the old https://store.nest.com/account/subscriptions web page, logging on with the old Nest Account you used originally?
That's the old 1st gen Nest Aware subscriptions page; we can't get to it anymore because we have a 2nd gen subscription.
Or can you get to the 2nd gen subscription page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions)? That requires a gmail account.
To contact Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
