Subscription payments

I keep paying my subscription and they email me to tell me my payment did not go through.  Although another page says I am paid up until December.  This is very confusing.  Please help

Not to worry, the Nest support team can help you work out what's happening!

  1. Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help
  2. Select "Nest Aware", type a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
  3. Click "Other", then click "Next step" until you see the contact options.
  4. Choose to get a call or call or chat with the team as available in your country.

You could also check this Subscriptions Management page to see if somehow you're set up with 2 subscriptions:
