I have been using nest for over three years now, and when it renewed last month, I lost video history. Help!

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am terribly sorry to hear that you have had such a hard time with this! I would love to look into this issue further and help find a solution for you.

  • Do you know if you have an active Nest Aware subscription?
  • If you lapsed at any point, that is why you lost the footage and video history. There is no such way to get that footage back.

Please let me know if you still need assistance with this issue.
