Hi! I have two Google accounts and I accidently subscripted to Nest Aware to the Google account not connected to my camera/home account. I have canceled the subscription but when I tried to get the subscription on the right account, I get this error message:
"The Nest Aware subscription for this home is managed by a different user. Please contact this user to make changes to the subscription."
How do I get it to switch to the other account?

I don't think you should get that error message unless you have more than one member of that Google Nest "household" and that member has a subscription.
You could try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
