@dman2

Did you try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below? They say you "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

Hi folks,

@dman2, thanks for reaching out to us. To cancel your Nest Aware 1st Gen subscription, follow the steps below:

  1. Visit https://goo.gle/2wqvqdm.
  2. If not signed in already, select Sign in with Google or Sign in with Nest based on your account’s state.
  3. Check your Nest Aware subscriptions and the assigned device.
    • If you want to cancel Nest Aware, you can select Cancel Nest Aware next to the subscription you wish to cancel. A pop-up prompt appears to warn you that video history gets deleted once your subscription is cancelled. Select Cancel service to confirm.
    • If you're still on a trial, you can select Manage, then Cancel service. A pop-up message appears to warn you that video history gets deleted once your subscription is cancelled. Select Cancel service to confirm.

I appreciate your help, @MplsCustomer
