My notifications are popping up on my phone that a person is at my door. I go to look at the past video that was no more than five seconds ago and video will not work. It’s just a screenshot. The live feed works, but just a screenshot on past videos. How are we supposed to monitor activity when we can’t watch the video?

I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, but I wanted to make sure that your issue was addressed. Do you still need help with this issue? as I see on most of these posts you take forever to reply and you don’t even try to solve the problem. You always ask, do you still need help with this problem? OBVIOUSLY WE DO.
After Nest Aware ran out, there was only live movement on our screens. No past videos for the day, nothing. If there was a clip, it did not play.
so, I guess in order to use your product we have to pay 6.00 a month to actually see recorded clips. That’s dumb. Your product is expensive and should work wout a subscription plan.

I tried everything then I bought another Nest Aware subscription as it kept asking me even to although I had one and it magically started working. I then cancelled the old subscription. Pretty bad . Paying for months for something which does not work. Google Boys got richer.
