I have been charged for my 1st Generation Nest Aware subscription and I would like a copy of my invoice. I have managed, after a very frustrating time of reading threads, to get to my account where I can cancel my subscription or change my payment method but no where can I find my billing history and an invoice to download for my company.
Please help, why do Google make life so difficult? If you are charging for a subscription you should allow for the customer to get a receipt.

Try these steps:
Google don't offer invoices unless you live in the European Economic Area or Morocco.

I am still a nest subscriber and have not migrated to Google as it is more expensive for 2 cameras on Google so these steps do not help me

I don't think you can get an invoice, but you can view payment history by going to the link below, clicking on your subscription, and clicking on "View payment history", and if we click "View transactions", we get a page called "Completed purchases".

Also when our Nest Aware Plus subscription is renewed, we get an email from "Google Store" titled "Your Nest Aware Plus [HOME NAME] subscription receipt" that lists our renewal amount and payment method.

I don't know, then, how you'd get an invoice or receipt. For the one year we were still on a Nest Account with 1st gen subscriptions, our annual subscription was verified with an email from "Nest Store" (#) entitled "Your Nest order".

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries; we'll check this out. Usually, after purchasing any Nest device or subscription, Google sends a confirmation email about the purchase.
Check this link, then select your profile icon. On the drop-down menu, tap on Orders, and then you should see your order history.
