I have a $240 charge to my credit card. I need to contact someone to cancel my subscription. This is too expensive for someone on a fixed income.

When you find out let me know. I upgraded from Nest Aware to Nest Aware Plus. They charged me the full Nest Aware Plus when it clearly said on the amount due $69.52. Like a fool I thought Nest doorbell 2gen would be better. Yeah, nope. It is horrible and you can not use the Nest app. Which is the reason I got the Nest Aware subscription for the Nest app.
