Money came out of my checking account 120.00 for service but I have NO SERVICE I have called and sent messages I cannot get any help to straighten this out. Please help me!!!! I have two email address one is # the other is # I got the message on my yahoo email the account was paid. Please call me or help me PLEASE! 434-444-7870

It sounds like you may have enrolled in a Nest Aware subscription on the wrong Google Account. You could try using the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
