In December 2022 I received an email saying my annual sub of £120 hadn't gone through. I rectified this by changing the payment to a monthly sub of £10. However on checking our account I note the £120 did go through. Therefore we are due a refund of £120. I have used the help section to try to get through but when hitting the "contact" button it simply sends me to the same help section; I'm just going round in circles. How do I get my £120 back?

When you're using the "Contact us" link, do NOT select any of the suggested help topics on the "Resources" page; just click "Next step" to get to the contact options page/
