Hi,
I tried contacting the customer service, 3 out of 4 times, no one was talking when the call connected and I could hear the background noise from the call centre.
I asked the representative from chat to send me the wired version backplate as it has more screw holes to fit my ceiling and she kept telling me the wired backplate would not fit battery version, which is wrong.
Can anyone here help me out?
