Had to reconnect protector butQcode and entry key were damaged and unreadable(had no copy)
Seems to be unsolvable problem as technical file of protector does not offer solution.
any other idea other than buying new one?

You need the QR code or entry key to add Nest Protect to the app, there is no other way unfortunately.
