I’ve changed my router and password. I’ve followed the instructions but none of my smoke alarms will let me change the password. The app just keeps scrolling when trying to connect, while the alarm shows blue. Nothing happens. I’ve tried removing the alarm from the network but then it won’t re-add either.

I'm having exactly the same issue.
Changed my router and now l can't update the Nest Protect wifi settings. When l try the Nest goes blue and the app just sits on the screen that says 'Connecting' and nothing else happens.
