One of our 2nd Gen Nest Protect Alarm says "sensors have failed. Please replace nest protect." We just bought it in July 2019 here in the UK on amazon. Within 2 years and 2 months, this expensive product has stopped working. I have followed all cleaning, and reset instructions mentioned at this link but still get the same error.
How can we get a replacement for this failed unit?

Still having problems, Jake.
I have tried all troubleshooting tips on Google/Nest and none of them have worked.
I think it needs a replacement.
