I deleted a Home account that had a Nest Doorbell attached to it. I’m now trying to add that doorbell to another Home account that has other Nest Cameras and two Nest thermostats. I’m being told I cannot add that doorbell because it is attached to another account (that I now cannot access). How can I remove the doorbell from the account that I deleted? Thanks
Unfortunately, as long as that device is connected to your old account you cannot add it to the current one. You can try to Factory Reset it, but I am not quite sure that will do the trick. You would want to connect to the old account, remove it and then add it to the new one.
