Resolved! Failed QR code

After doing a factory reset on my Nest Protect smoke alarm the QR code takes me to a generic google website not to the normal QR installation pathway. Stated differently the QR code does not work. Ideas? And thank you in advance.

Protect Ver.2 keeps reporting 'power out'

I have three Gen2 Protects and one keeps reporting that the power is out. I've checked the house feed and get 120v when measured. When I reconnect to the device it still says power out. How do I fix the issue?
