I have Nest Protect installed (120V) in NYC. It notifies my app if a smoke detector goes off but if I am away, it will just alarm and may not be heard by my neighbors. Is there a way to send notification calls to our doorman?
Even if you're away from home, as long as your phone is connected to Wi-Fi or cellular, you will still get an app alert, assuming the power, Wi-Fi and internet are online at your home.
