Google nest hub

I have two questions if someone can help me. 

Why when I give and order to my google nest hub, like 

"Hey google show backyard cámara" 

It shows on the corner as it's working on it but then just goes back to normal screen and I have to tell it a couple times before it does what I want it to do?

And also I have it connected with ADT and when I say "hey google arm system to night mode" it stays loading for more than 2 minutes and then goes back to home screen.

Can someone help me please?

Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out. A few questions: what’s the make of your backyard camera? Can you stream it properly in the app? Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps to fix this?
