Google rep tried his hardest to blame sensor failure on me

Contacted google since there is no straight forward way to put in a warranty claim for my 2 faulty nest protects. That alone is a big red flag. they both started acting up and giving a sensor failure alert 6 months after they were installed. Once I got in an online chat with rep Monroe Y. he tried over and over again to get me to say it was my fault and I messed up the smoke detector do to cleaning or having it near a window and a whole bunch of other bs. After about 45 min of me telling him over and over it started acting up on its own he cut the chat and closed the session without a word. Case number is 4-############2325
